Worth checking, but rarely a problem. Swapping roof materials or altering a stack can need consent inside a conservation area, and Medway has a number of them. We find out where you stand before anything is ordered.
Yes. We would rather do a small job properly and be the name you reach for in three years than talk you into a roof you did not need. Where a repair is the honest answer, that is what we will price.
